MRS. JUDY ROEPE

I was born in Rockdale, TX. My family moved to Sweet Springs, Missouri when I was four years old. I attended Holy Cross Lutheran School and St. Paul Lutheran High School. After high school, I attended Concordia Lutheran College in Austin, TX. I graduated in 1990 with a BA in Elementary Education, specializing in speech communications and reading.
