MRS. BETTY UMBACH

Betty was raised in St. Louis, MO. She was a member of Historic Trinity and attended Trinity Grade School and Lutheran High School Central. Betty was married to Walter Umbach and has 3 children and 6 grandchildren. Walter was a college professor and made a career change to go to Concordia Seminary. After graduation, Betty and Walter moved to Blackburn, MO where Walter was pastor of Zion Blackburn and Bethlehem , Mt. Leonard. Betty has taught preschool for over 30 years. 19 of those years have been at St. Paul’s. As a member of St. Paul’s congregation, Betty is the coordinator of the Cradle Roll and teaches Sunday School.
